Daily Rental
Enjoy use of the event barn and grounds from 11:00am-11:00pm and early access to the Carriage House as a private bridal suite. You may schedule a one-hour rehearsal on the Wednesday before your event. This package does not include access to the historic house.

Full Weekend Rental
Our most popular package, the full weekend rental includes exclusive access to the entire estate for the whole weekend. Arrive on Friday at 11:00am and stay until Sunday 11:00am. Enjoy a relaxed wedding weekend, allowing for rehearsal dinner and other preparations on Friday and time on Sunday for cleanup. Weekend rental includes two nights lodging for up to 16 guests in the historic house.
You may add the use of the Carriage House for an additional fee, the Carriage House can be used as additional dressing rooms for wedding parties, and makes a perfect honeymoon suite for the happy couple.

Carriage House - $575
You may add the use of the Carriage House to your rental, it includes two night’s lodging for two guests. The Carriage House may be used as additional dressing rooms for one of the wedding parties in preparation for your event, and is a perfect honeymoon suite for the happy couple.

The Orchard Room Reception Space
Our reception space can host up to 150 guests with space for DJ and dance floor, bar area, and additional space upstairs with custom stage which can be used for smaller ceremonies. All wedding packages include exclusive use of the gardens and grounds.

Sherwood Gardens Historic House
The historic house is included with our full weekend package. The house can sleep up to 16 people, it has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining and sitting areas, and a fully equipped kitchen for overnight guests. The house also has two large and bright sun-rooms, perfect for wedding parties to dress and prepare for the event.

The Carriage House
The carriage house is a beautifully renovated one bedroom home on the Kalamazoo river surrounded by mature trees and naturalized gardens. The secluded two story deck along with views from every room overlooking the river create a quiet and romantic atmosphere, making it a perfect honeymoon suite for the newlyweds.
For day-of preparations, the carriage house also serves as a perfect location for wedding party dressing rooms, a secluded first look, or an intimate vow exchange before the ceremony.

Sherwood Gardens Reservations
Sherwood Gardens and Carriage House reservations require a deposit of one third of total cost at the time of reservation which is non-refundable. A second payment of one third of the total will be due at a later date which will be determined based on your reserved date. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event. If the event will be held within 30 days from time of reservation the entire amount will be due at time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash accepted.
